As for an OFF Meeting. Let's try May 31st. Pick a place that won't be over run with children party's or Child sports award ceremonies (Pietro's Milwaukie was a bust).

More T-shirt discussion, Star Wars Clone Wars, Toys, Books, Comics. Charity Events? Komen Race For the Cure Team Walk. Any interests in working with the Local Star Wars costuming groups?

June is coming and it's time for OFF CR elections. If anyone is interested in being CR, do the research, make a speech, have a CR election. Look for a post in June. Something to think about.


So, would this mean a speech in front of the entire group, or online? I'm not eligible to be CR anyway, but I wanted to have that question answered.

Online.... its not like we will have town hall meetings and campaigning like that. Just be prepared to present a plan, a direction for this group and be able to answer questions about how you will do the job.

For the record, I'm not so inclined to just for the position. I would accept it if it were offered, but I don't plan on doing any campaigning or anything. Either people will ask for my leadership or they won't. Either way, as long as we have a decent CR who respects this group, and its members, then I am ok with whoever it is.
