	At the meeting yesterday, we discussed how our FanForce seems to be on a downward slide due to low membership. Thus, I started this thread, where we can discuss how to get some new members and keep this FF alive in the future. -----signature----- Blue and yellow make a green lightsaber. 	Here's what we can do: 1) Gather up some members that can man a table at some local conventions (OryCon Nov.27-29 2009, Portland ComicBook Show NOV.15TH 2009) with info about Oregon Fan Force. 2) Attend the local Star Wars events with the Costuming Groups, after all they are Star Wars Fans also, and bring attention to Oregon FanForce. 3) Create our own Events like the local Charity Walks (Buddy Walk, Komen Race for the Cure, Autism Speaks, etc.) We can raise donations/awareness for those Charities. 4) Spread the word that we are on Facebook/myspace. 5) Post topics people would be interested in (ie.more Star Wars Topics) We should have a T-shirt this summer that will help make us visible and we can build off that. More meetings, a New Flier that we can drop off at stores, and hand out at any event we do. Of course all of that requires $$$$.
