Star Wars Comics were a staple of continued stories during the OT. Since the novels of the Thrawn Series rejuvinated Star Wars fans, there were also a ton of new Star Wars comics that continues today with Dark Horse comics of Dark Times, KOTOR (Knights of the Old Republic), and Invasion (set during New Jedi Order times).

Preview for Invasion is on StarWars.com. You have to dig for it, it's in upcoming Dark Horse comics beyond May 2009.

It is focused on the war with the Yuuzhan Vong War.... that right there ought to be very interesting. I have an idea of what they look like, but having graphic representation in a visual sense, like comics, is a very nice supplement to the great storyarc that was the NJO.

Right now KOTOR is quite possibly my favorite piece of the EU. John Jackson Miller is doing amazing things with the era.
