Does the link work?? I have a video too but can't post it, it's about 1.8Mb but it's cool. The switch turns on the LED's and a little sound module inside. I still need to weather it a bit and add the rubber grip on the switch but I'm pretty happy with it.

That's very cool! Having sound, too, is especially impressive.
Let me know how you go about "weathering" it, because I'm interested in getting a "somewhat rusted and worn" look to my set details.

Very nice indeeed!!!  You have to show me someday on how you make your stuff... I still have to finish my conversion from velcro straps to snaps for my TK armor... Sigh... it was to be a fall/winter project... but got lazy... One of these days...
