We are trying to plan an event with Montreal. They have a post about this on their board, and its time for us to decide when we are available to host them.
Some of the things we can do, Museum (Mviation, Science, war), Maybe a BBQ? make suggestions!!

I figure the best idea would be some sort of outing during the day and a nice little supper (BBQ if you guys have space to host it and permitting that nature stays our friend).
I like suppers, we get to chat with the folks from other places. It's always nice.

I like the BBQ idea as well. However, I think it would be best if it were at a park somewhere. That way, we can all mingle and whatnot. And I'm probably good for either weekend. I will double check on that though.

when's victoria day? could i have a date pls...I know Canada day (duh being canadian and all) but sorry to sayy i dont celebrate the queens bday (i think thats what it is...right?)

Victoria Day weekend is May 20-22 with Victoria Day being Monday 22nd May.
