In order to start up a new fanforce chapter, you need to have a minimum of 3 people express interest. You just need two more.  Please let me know if you need any further information regarding starting up a Fanforce chapter in San Jose.

Not at the moment, but after Comic Con in San Diego (July 16-20th) I might. My fanforce is having a booth there and will be signing up people to be members of our fanforce chapter. I'm also going to have a sign-up for people who want to join a fanforce chapter who don't live in the San Diego area. With 60,000 passing thru comic con each day, I'm sure there will be quite a few from the South Bay area.

I live near San Jose (about 20 minutes)
There used to be a San Jose Fan Force, and I was thinking of starting one up a while ago. I just never got around to finding people in San Jose area. My brother is also on the boards. and he lives where I live. 
I think the old FF was the Penninsula Fan Force. Not sure though.

Koohii, are you going to be the San Jose Fan Force leader person?
and I think that we should call it something else. Not San Jose, but something a little more creative.

No one will be the leader for awhile. After your group has had three meetings, all of which have been advertised on the main page of fanforce, then on your third meeting the members elect who they wish to be their Chapter Representative. It is also during the third meeting that you can vote on what you would like your official name to be.

I'm not attached to any name, and yes, we can do better than "San Jose Fanforce".
Is there some place where we can see all the rules®s? Might save some typing time if we can just look it up.
