Usually after coming home from work the main thing on my mind is bed Course I get home after midnight, but I get to browse the forums from work ...
I found out friday at work some lady in Pasco was writting checks from a brand new checking account, claiming that her name was on the account just not the checks ... she wrote about $1,200 worth of checks in 3 checks and there is a missing one ... I had to drop off affadavids (sp?) of forgery at the police station in pasco yesterday and file my stolen property report in kennewick ...

Well I had just opened the account two weeks ago so they were using the temporary checks you get when you start the account which has no name at all on the check ...

Nice to know I'm not the only one out there.
I surprised as well that the name on the account but not on the checks worked. Every time I make a deposit or withdraw I have to show ID and state my birthday.
Kinda glad now that I put my foot down when my mother suggested I use checks instead of a debt card.

Well since the account was just started they were using the temporary checks you get when you start an account till your actual checks come in the mail ... those checks do not have any names or personal information on them ... I have a debit card, making fake checks is easier now that it has ever been before ... we have run hundreds of stories on such at work

Oh. Sad.  
I'm not looking forward to having to work during the summer. But, at least then I won't have to do it in my senior year.
*sigh* Now if my mother would let me alone on the weekends, it'd be fine but apparently we have to do 'family things'
Funny, how that usually constitutes as arguing.

Sunny, sunny, and sunny up here in Anchorage! I'm tempted to go for a bike ride after I make more preparations for CIV.
Also, I start classes back up tomorrow. Luckily they're online classes, so they shouldn't be too hard...
Speaking of police, we had a suicide attempt by my house. Near my house is a bridge going over the highway, and someone was attempting to jump off. Only noticed it because there was lots of police. Thankfully, the person did not jump.
