Pacific Region Banner Contest!!

Ewok-jedi gave me the suggestion that we should have a contest to design a Pacific Region forum banner since we do not have one of our own. I thought it was a wonderful idea and whole heartily agreed!
So I am announcing the Pacific Region Banner Contest!
Banners take a while to make; they need to reflect Star Wars and aspects of our Pacific region (i.e. landmarks, states, anything. Reminder: The Pacific Region is made up of Alaska, Hawaii, California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho). You will need to create the banner, curve, sidebar, other images, (see below for details) and help come up with a stylesheet (we can help if you're not sure how). Be creative and try new things. Remember for style sheets that the readable area should not be too dark.
I'm going to put a limit at TWO banners per user, since I know some people will want to make multiple banners.
You can post your entries publically here. Suggestions and advice can be found in the Banner Makers thread.
Here are the specs:
- Main Foreground image - 764 x 110
- Main Background image - 764 x 110
- Curve image - 69 x 69
- Side Bar image - 32 x 465
- Post Reply image - 437 x 88
- Left and Right adholders - 74 x 58
Please post your banner entries as one image or as separate elements (see below):

A CSS is also needed Miana unless you plan to use the existing one with a new banner.
If I get a banner done I will probably give a link with a complete preview including a CSS assuming I get time to do such

you can steal them from other forums if you wanted to, I am still working on being able to write my own from scratch

Dude, dont waste time making one from scratch. Use an existing one and "Ctrl+H" and find and replace the codes you dont want with the codes you need.

I could do that but why would I want to do so? I prefer all original work and the more customization of making my own than stealing what some one else has already done.

It's just common sense. Ask any programmer that makes these baords, they will take a basic "bones" code and add their specific bits. why type the basics up when they are already there, just for the sake of typing it? Customise the bits that are neccesry, you'll be done alot quicker and it is you own work.
It would be different if the whole board was totally customisable but your only allowed to customise certain parts, the spine of all the forums is the same.

There is more to it than just that for me, I am in the process of re-learning HTML, XHTML, and CSS coding at the moment the point of doing it from scratch it make sure I know how to do it

Let's not forget that our region also includes Idaho, which does not have a coastline.
Once my internet back home is fixed, I shall start on my entries.

I'm going to extend the deadline because I still want to participate but still do not have internet access at my house, which makes designing a banner impossible for me. 
Also, I'm gonna open it up to the JC banner makers if any of them wish to participate, so you guys don't get stuck with just my stuff.
