Ok, we covered a lot of stuff but i'm not sure I remember it all, but I'll do my best.

As far as leadership goes, we have decided that myself and bower will basically be co-presidents, and Joe will serve under us to help coordinate events and functions.

Inidiana Jones event at the library on April 17th, 5 days before the release of the new one. Not a whole lot of work for this since Aaron's will be providing the tv, but we will have a flyer next week sometime and when we have copies we will need help passing them out. Should be fun.

Yard Sale at the Kmart paking lot we will be participating in. This is covered in another post so I won't go into details.

Car show for Matt's dad the weekend after Indy. He will provide specifics on the event closer to time.

Autism event and Cape con both this weekend. Most of our costumes will be trooping the autism event and heading to cape afterwards. Minis players will be in cape all day, meeting at steakout to carpool at 9:15 on saturday.

I know tentative dates for filming were schedules but not sure when, sorry, but I know we have awhile and will post them in plenty of time beforehand.

I believe meetings are going to once a month, on a saturday at 2 pm from now on. Next meeting isn't scheduled yet, there may not even be a chance since May is so busy.

I'm sure there were other things covered but I can't remember, so if I missed something or if simply misinformed please post a response.

Also, there's going to be a prop building day at my house on May 10th. I'll provide more specifics closer to the event.
