A Sci-Fi FX legend has passed

Stan Winston 1946-2008
Known for many of our 1980s favorite flicks, even winning an oscar for Aliens, T2 & Jurassic Park. Was working on T4, and had also recently done work on Iron Man.
He had so much influence and will be greatly missed.

A great great man. He will be missed. Heres my Stan Winston tribute story. Wizard World Chicago several years ago. I was standing at one of the exhibitor tables that had a Terminator skull to scale.Well the guy behind the table said go ahead get down there and look at it.Well I went down there and started pokin and proddin and the next thing i know the guy is yellin at me for touching it. crazy. R.I.P. Stan.
