becoming a member?

I sent an e-mail regarding this to the address listed on the "contact us" page of your web site but I figured I'd go on and ask here as well...
Myself and my Girlfriend would like to become members of the paducah Imperials. Is there any initiation we have to go through? lol Also is there an age limit? lower limit to be exact? Our two boys are 6 and 8 and are officially star wars FANATICS and would probably enjoy participating. However I know that at most meetings it would probably be distracting to have younglings around, especially as energetic as these two are. I also noticed that noone listed any kido's on the members list. I remember Chris mentioning back in school (msu) that he had kids but I can't remember their ages, I think he said they were pretty young... Anyways, I would understand that at times their involvement would be a headache, but at others they could be usefull... can anyone say jawas...
haha.. anyway. We are located in Murray, I don't know about everyone else and I was actually kind of curious about that as well. About where is everyone located and how far does everyone drive to get together? I have a few ideas that you guys might enjoy hearing, I'll post them in other threads so that things don't get too bogged down and are a little more organized.
Oh yeah, on a completely different note does anyone own a potato gun? I'm the "unnoficial" "heartland spudding association" organizer. We have 4-6 members or so... It's like a loose knit group of guys from ohio, ky (which is only me), and Tenn which met online a few years ago and try to have a meet every year to build and blow stuff up. It's good fun. We used to have a big forum site called spudtech.com but it's been shut down... If anyone is interested contact me via e-mail about I guess - devincherry@hotmail.com
Thanks guys,
-devin

Devin buddy, hows it going man! Gosh, its been over a year since I've talked to you. We'd love to have you guys join the club and I think our next event would be a perfect chance for you to come out and bring the whole family. We will be hosting a line party or lobby party for the release of Star Wars: The Clone Wars opening August 15th at Cinemark Theaters in Paducah. I'll post more details in a week or so. I hope to see you guys there!

Welcome. As far as initiations go there's usually something involving a poodle, crisco, 20 lbs of quickrete, and pack of bacon. Anywho, the line party would be a great jumping on point. Hope to see you there.

Oh no please no poodles... The bacon sounds good though. mm bacon.
anyways We will more than likely show up for the line party. Sounds like it will be fun. the Kido's realy want to see the movie of course, I havn't realy been all that excited about it.
Is the movie going to be similar to the clone wars tv animates series? a continuation of that series? or a completely new look at the clone wars? I havn't truthfully been following it. I don't have cable...
