	Actually it's an OLD photo editing program I got with a scanner back in like 2000. It's called PhotoImpact 5 "bundled edition". Theres a version 12 out now that is about 80 dollars that isn't much different than v. 5 that I'm using. It's a realy simple program in alot of ways. I've tried using photoshop but just couldn't figure it out...

	Go here and download this program: http://www.gimp.org/ SithMonger told me about it about a year ago. It is free and an excellent alternative, until you can afford Corel or Photoshop. It will take a little practice, but any good photo manip program will. You can probably find tutorials on youtube for it as well.
