What would have happened if Luke Skywalker (in ROTJ) told Vader "what about the name Padme?"
|
Remember in "Return of the Jedi" when Luke went over to the Imperial-Landing-Platform to turn himself in, and therefore speak to Vader and try to get his father Anakin Skywalker back? And they were walking through that hallway in the Imperial-Landing-Platform, and the dialogue went like this:
Vader> The Emperor has been expecting you.
Luke> I know, Father.
Vader> So, you have accepted the truth.
Luke> I have accepted the truth that you were once Anakin Skywalker, my father.
Vader> *turns and sternly aims/points the lightsaber at Luke* THAT NAME, no longer has any meaning for me..
At that moment, Luke then says "it is only the name of your true self. You've only forgotten. I know there is Good in you. The Emperor hasn't driven it from you fully. That is why you couldn't destroy me. That is why you won't bring me to your Emperor now." And then Vader ignites Luke's lightsaber to inspect it and take a look at it.
I'm asking myself, WHAT IF Luke had said "what about the name 'Padme'?", after Vader told Luke "THAT NAME, no longer has any meaning for me.." (Vader referring to his former identity as/of Anakin Skywalker). How do you think Vader would have reacted if Luke had then told him "what about the name 'Padme'?". Pretty interesting concept and/or idea, huh? :-P :-D

Double post, vaya.
Seria interesante, pero realmente no habria manera que Luke o Leia supieran de Padme. Las unicas personas que realmente saben de la relacion que ella y Anakin tenian hubieran sido Obi-Wan, R2-D2 y los Lars.
Kenobi no tenia ninguna razon para mencionarlo y los Lars realmente no querian que Luke supiera mucho de su padre, eso incluiria su relacion con Padme.
A la larga, de repente no seria tan buena idea. Si reacciono tan mal al escuchar de que ella murio, como reaccionaria despues de tanto tiempo si Luke se lo hubiera mencionado?

Me alegro que esten posteando.
Este tema está trillado y parece algo como "fan fiction insistente" (hablando de "double post"). Luke no tenia manera de saber quien era Padme asi que la pregunta esta de más.

hey dont worry people it's good to practice some english from time to time
by the way i would have loved for vader to turn to the light side just for his love to padme
but then again luke should not know that name...by the way you people should now that luke later gets to see all of padmes history on r2's records...bye bye...

No es berreo, es simple. Por que el foro es en español. Hay mas foros en ingles que en español en TFN.
Creo que debemos respetar cada foro. Sino entonces hagan los foros multilenguas y todo el mundo contento.
Te apuesto que si insistes en postear en español (o en otro idioma) en un foro en inglés te banean de una vez.
Las reglas están para respetarse y así todo en orden.

Yo se que algunos prefieran hablar ingles, pero es verdad lo que dice Alberto. Este foro en particular es de Panama y el lenguaje oficial de Panama es español.
Ponganse a considerar que otros latinoamericanos podrian entrar a este foro que no saben ingles y siendo este un pais latinoamericano no se veria muy bien que el foro fuera de otro lenguaje.
