I don't know where anyone is getting the idea that the party might be on the 25th.
It's on the 1st.
The majority was for the 1st, and since Scott had turned it over to Bunny (who had wanted the 1st as well), it was always going to be on the 1st for as long as I have heard about it.
Bunny has been wanting to go to the Pirate Party on the 25th out in San Diego (and has been trying to talk me into it).
And as for Halloween, I know he and I and Sarah and some other people talked about Mill Ave. or a club or something. I haven't finalized plans but I assume things are still the same? If not, please im me or something and let me know.

oh and on a halloween related note...went to Knott's Scary Farm (for the first time) this weekend. Too many people, too long of lines...
WICKED stuff to do though!
finally went on Boomerang. One of my favorite coasters now! thought i was going to freak out when they were pulling us up to the top of the coaster...see the cars load up and then the coaster pulls you slowly backwards up this steep hill and you hang there until it shoots you back thru the station and into the ride.
They have a TON of haunted mazes and stuff and then they actually alter some rides with scary stuff… like we went on the mine ride and it was some zombie thing. It was ok….but the log ride kicked butt! It was red riding hood massacre or something… all these werewovles and a demented red riding hood…they had this potc spoof show that was pretty funny and even had the talking pirate/skull & cross bones from the beginning of the ride…but by far my favorite was the malice in wunderland… you go down the "rancid rabbit hole"…with the $1 3-D glasses it's amazing! I loved this maze.
we loved the 3-D so much, we wanted to do the other 3-D maze…but it was a clown one. And we just had to say NO to that.
i actually got some pretty trippy pictures from the alice maze....have to post those later... also took some random shots of the park all decorated... hopefully tonight i will get everything up...
