I just wanted to give you a head's up that the family and I will be heading down to Phoenix and I'm going to march as part of the 501st in the Fiesta Bowl parade on Saturday, January 3.
We're still planning the details, but are expecting to take at least a week off from work and drive down, visit family, see you guys and participate in the mayhem. We have family in Glendale that we will stay with (yes, it's on the other end of town from Tempe, but it's free and will let all 5 of us stay there). I'm planning on being there in Tempe for whatever pre and post-parade events the 501st is doing.
I hope to see any of my old friends in the PFF and catch up with you guys.
Hope to see you around New Year's!
Bill, Mellisa, Jessica, Liam and Kyla.

That's right, campers! It's hard to believe it will have been 5 years (practically to the day) since we left Phoenix. I'm looking forward to seeing you all again.

There's a reason you separate military and the police.
One fights the enemies of the state, the other serves and protects the people.
When the military becomes both, then the enemies of the state tend to become the people.
