*laugh* Yep, I've played on that site. Even have a fic posted there (its under Layren and Greencat in the index, although when you link to the actual story, the authors are incorrectly listed. I've asked the Webmistress several times to fix it, but to no avail.  Although considering what a melodramatic pulpy story it is, it might be better for me not to claim some of the blame.)
Since you linked to the Why We Love Qui-Gon,  I'll share why I love him (as part of my speech accepting my winning of this thread). Yes, part of it is that he is easy on the eyes, with the rugged and angular looks I adore. But he's also wise, a teacher, with a dry sense of humor, a maverick who will follow his own strong sense of ethics even when it brings him into conflict with authoriy, a diplomat, a skilled swordsman, calm, and brave. Oddly, I also love him for his faults. He's not perfect, he makes mistakes, which makes him human. Qui is wonderful!
And I win.
