I think it was the fact that he attacked a Jedi corpse shows how brutal he can be, for a moment I actually thought he had lopped Tremayne's head off Dooku-style...

In regards to the new strip size, I like it due to the fact that we see more artwork and more detailing in the art. I had grown accustomed to the standard strip size as that is what most online comics opt for, and the resolution is causing problems for a few, it seems.

I don't know if this is "proper" but to view the strip in its entirity, I simply clicked on the image properties and went to the direct URL.

I thoroughly hope Dark Horse compiles all these strips into one collection, perhaps certain panels could feature in a future Star Wars Tales...

It's proper, because without the http authorization that you get with your subscription, you wouldn't be able to access it. For instance, if someone posted a direct URL here (don't), only those who are both logged in and have Hyperspace would be able to view it.

Love the use of the word "ferrocrete," in the newest strip, as we would use the word "concrete" in a non-literal sense. Nice touch, Paul. Tom, the art is looking gorgeous. It's nice to see more of what you can do.

I'm not saying anything against it, and I intended no slight upon you. I think its actually a good little nod, coming from a proud line of Easter Eggs. :)

I'm just of the opinion that Firefly and Serenity are good, but not as super-fabulous-tastic as a lot of people say. Not that that has anything to do with this topic... [face_whistling]

I didn't catch the Firefly reference...can anyone clue me in?

I'm at a loss to explain Serenity's poor box office performance. It was at least as good as Pirates of the Caribbean, or any of the Star Wars prequels individually. And one would think that all of the Whedon fans (I wasn't one until after seeing Serenity) would have been chomping at the bit to come and see it. What happened to them; did they shrivel up and die after Buffy and Angel went off the air?

But, um, yeah, how about those webstrips? ;)

You can see the Serenity itself, or at least another Firefly, at the far right of the Coruscant view panel of Prey #6.

I guess it is very fitting, though, since I seem to recall there being an EU ship (the Starlight Intruder? I forget) in one of the Firefly episodes. :)

    Yep.

Canon being canon, that means there's a class of Firefly-lookalike ships in SW now.

Oh WOW, I can't believe I missed that, especially since I was even watching Firefly on DVD yesterday! [face_beatup] Nice :D

Really? Does anyone know which episode?

Prey just became my favorite thing ever. After Firefly itself, of course. Tom, was that cameo your idea? Lots and lots of kudos.

Edit: Aziz - it's the one where everyone goes to a ball and Mal duels one of Inara's suitors. Can't remember the title.

Edit #2: it's Shindig. Very noticeable in the BG when they're walking into town at the beginning.

Kodo is the male Omwati the female is with. The Duro Gang member is not named... right now.

Serenity was my doing. Paul just noticed it when I asked him the other day what he thought it in Coruscant traffic... I believe his reaction to me asking was...

    "WHAT?!?!?!"

    ;)

Thanks Cooper!!! I'll look out for it tonight.

I don't really see the big deal.

FWIW, I remember the databank saying that on Coruscant, members of species that were publicly aligned with the CIS were deported after Palpy declared the Empire. So you can probably thank Palpy / COMPNOR / Tannon Praji for the absence of Neimoidians, on Coruscant at least.

It's moot anyway, since after the Clone Wars, Neimodians began calling themselves "Duros" ....
