So I take it that I'll get to make the Helmsman finalists? Sweet.

Because it'll be a bonanza for the first overall pick. Some heads are going to roll in the Skywalker Conference, and the Solo Conference is going to get interesting.

 

Yes heads will roll for the Mercs organization. One of the advantages of playing as the owner.

As for tanking the season, how would one do that? By not posting and forgoing the bonus rolls? Those bonus rolls haven't done me alot of good this season and I post every week.

 

Yeah, that'd be the best way to ensure that your team is terrible. Trust me--I've been doing it for years.

Too attached to my Mando's. I was hoping the "team aruetii" concept would soften that a bit in game, but as it has been a total failure so far it may have to be scrapped. Too bad, I was all set to have alot of fun with it. I even expected a few bumps in the road, but starting 0-4 is no bump, its falling of a shabla cliff!

 

Well, if it makes you feel better, I'm not doing so hot either.

And you probably don't want to know, JC. If it wasn't a curse, then it'd probably have to be starred out.

Alot of teams aren't doing well, and some are doing great. Next week we get two teams that were shut out this week playing against each other. There is hope yet!

I actually thought about having the Mercs problems being due to injury issues, but the new team concept seemed to be too big a thing to not have that be the cause of their struggles.

And Bardan, you can always rely on injuries. That's what I do, and my injury report is stocked with names.

Oh, now I remember. Got that game coming up, with the winner getting bragging rights . . . and the loser basically getting the #1 pick.

Yeah an injury to Kor'le would have worked well, but I am still getting used to writing my posts in a format from both her and Taab's persepctive. I don't want to complicate that with an injury to her...yet.
