In a book that redefines dull and glacial, Leia lays around in a drugged-out haze, Han never really manages to do anything but there are sexbots, Luke wanders around with hillbillies and talks to rocks, there's a Dark Jedi Hutt for no reason, a giant bug-man spreads disease for a rejuvenated senator, Callista finally goes away, and most importantly, Daala stumbles across her childhood love completely at random in the last five minutes.

Planet of Twilight: Barbara Hambly writes more long, incoherent sentences about nothing, while on the cover Han gives the reader a look that says "Please Kill Me."

A novel I remember finding more interesting and atmospheric than "'I am Thrawn,' Thrawn said blinkingly. And then arched his brows."

You can't see it, but I'm stifling a grimace at all this lip twitching and eyebrow arching.

A group of Sith accidently time travels into the future, meanwhile a Jedi attempts to stop Biff from capitalizing on a sports almanac from the past, but at least Jean-Claude prevents his wife's murder.

Proof that two mostly unrelated stories featuring time travel and a bunch of clones of main characters can still make an awesome novel.

A Jedi Knight searches for dragons atonement with the aid of two scavengers while a Jedi Master from the past faces personal demons, plus the literal past demonic force that followed him to the future, and a space!Vampire seeks enlightenment through soup.

A fairly good book about a video game Jedi suffering from PTSD who gets tangled in an adventure involving clones, Sith, and time travel, but thankfully does not have to deal with Rosh Penin.

Haunted by visions, Jaden Korr (Academy's protagonist)
visits a far-off system which heads the 'Here Be Dragons' list,
investigates a vacant lab, accompanied by two fringers,
and is hunted by a vampire, which all barely impinges
(and vice versa) on the Sith and Jedi featured on the cover
who travel forward millennia and one promptly kills the other
(then dies), which means that save the Jedi having a brief natter
the two plotlines don't converge and the time travel didn't matter.

Bear in mind I wrote words only for the first verse; sentence structure becomes somewhat trickier once choruses are incorporated.
Here's the actual Matter Trio, and here is a demonstration of the correct pace (albeit from Pirates rather than Ruddigore).

    Summary in verse form?

We so should have another thread just for that.
