Yes, because the EU clearly states that Duros with blue skin and red eyes are genetically impossible. They've also established that they have an aversion to cybernetic implants such as breathing tubes. Oh, and they also hate hats, especially wide-brimmed hats. They say that it hides their baldness, which they are VERY proud of.

As far as I'm concerned, Cad Bane's existence will be entirely justified if he's gunned down by Gallandro.

    So was Deliah Blue Duros?

And maybe Crimson Jack was named for the eyes.
Which begs the question: are there any other pantless Duros to compare him with?

Raises the question, dammit. I won't have the astonishingly high academic standards of this thread brought low by the use of such a vile colloquialism!

Though my British colleague told me recently that these days you can use "begs the question" pretty much any way you please... because in language, when everyone does it wrong it does indeed become right (insert Wittgenstein quote here) :p

You should never listen to a British person. Fiends and liars, the lot of them.

Well, other than that business in 1776 and a brief spat in 1812, I have always loved my cousins across the Atlantic. :p

What nonsense. It's that sort of lackadaisical attitude towards grammar and diction which had brought low the British Empire.

That, or I am a Time Lord. Damn the mother country and it's insidious efforts to produce TV shows that are designed to entrap me!

Now, excuse me while I go watch reruns of Doctor Who, catch a few back episodes of Top Gear from my TIVO, and prepare for tonight's episode of Downton Abbey. :p

Downton Abbey is another entry on my list of shows I want to watch at some point... I'll probably get through it all by 2030.

    Oh, that was a misunderstanding.

British Recruiter: Fancy signing up with our Navy?
American: Well, I don't know. You'd have to really impress me, first.
