    Certainly an option for people with disfiguring injuries or surgeries. Anything that can help their mental health is at least worth consideration.

    Nothing against breast enhancements, but I get a more than a bit concerned when people get them big enough to potentially cause themselves to tip over.

    But look on the bright side, it is both a girlfriend AND a pontoon boat all in one.

    That said, I prefer women with the natural chesticles. If I want to rest my head on something that big then I'll buy a beachball.

    not even on the radar, one way or the other, of things i look for in female sexual companionship. that said, i've never "been with" a woman with surgically enlarged breasts, and when women muse aloud to me about having that surgery, i always argue strongly against it

    like i cant think of a case, even aesthetically, where id be like "yeah, she should have her breasts surgically enlarged". usually if your breasts are "small" or even if you're "flat-chested", it complements your body-type, in my experience
