2013 3 3/4" Black Series

New TRU black series giftset announced - apparently there are a couple more on the way. This guy has a lot of repacks, but the packaging is nice.

2014 TRU Exclusive Battle Of Endor Set

 

Yeah, not really anything there that isn't a retool or repack, but it would make a good starter set for a new collector or kid. Wonder what it'll retail for?

 

Local Entertainer had a lone R2 today. Their SW section is shared by Doctor Who - not a lot of either at the moment.

 

Wow, I can't believe that , well I can believe it, but what a joke. Crazy collectors are nuts ya know. I mean, If I find someone I really want (like Plagueis), then I'm buying him.

 

That's me! And yes, I want it.

 

I don't have any of the figures - I'm always looking for ewoks, I might be interested in it.

People like that often put more work into scamming and stealing than they do actually working. It's one of life's great ironies.

 

The thing is, what do you get out of opening a rare figure like that? He has no value open, so it wasn't to sell him! Ugh. Oh well!

 

Well you can sell him loose for almost the same amount as carded on ebay. So most likely they are selling him, but its the cheap packaging that is the problem as well, where the figures are falling off the cards.

Thank you! Haha, I'm used to it by this point. I used to do boat loads of video game commentaries 2 years ago. I kind of slowed down on that massively and deleted a lot of my old content. I used to have to fill hours of time with me talking! Some of my favorite memories, and it's how I met my fiancé. Needless to say in used to speaking on camera!

 

Very nice - I love your "haul" videos, too. I love seeing what other SW fans are picking up.

 

Those are some of my favorite videos to make, because I certainly love to watch other peoples haul videos as well! Always fun seeing what others have. By the end of the year I'm going to do a collection video too!

Wow, they really went all-out with the battle damage on the face. And that's basically perfect articulation. Poseable, but very well hidden. I like the new card backs as well, but I got a chuckle out of the picture of Luke in the bottom right corner. He's got all that facial damage, but he otherwise looks like he's posing for a yearbook photo.

 

Hee hee! Well I do believe that actually is a promo photo - looks like they did add the battle damage though.

That Imperial troop transport throwback is so awesome!! Wow, I wish I was marketing these figures. And that Jedi Temple Guard (above pic)..., just fantastic

 

The ceremonial leia looks pretty awful sadly.

Same with the Vader.

The Jedi Temple guard is spectacular though!
