Buff, NY Summer Picnic

That appears to be the case, sadly.

 

I am so sorry it took this long to follow up on this. There were several important things I had to take care of. But I called and checked for Losson Park there are several shelters available and several dates. They only book shelters until the end if September. It's $30 for regular shelter. If want electricity add additional $10. Again so sorry this is late info.

 

Thanks for looking into that! I'd be willing help pay for that, if we can agree on a date

In all reality, if we look at the remaining dates available (based on our current NR calendar), that leaves the following dates:

Saturday 9/6 (might be too close to plan)
Sunday 9/7 (might be too close to plan)
Sunday 9/14
Saturday 9/27
Sunday 9/28

Personally, I am not available on 9/14. That doesn't mean that the rest of the group can't get together. To me, 9/27 or 9/28 would be best as we could tie it into the NR anniversary and allow people more time to make arrangements. We do need to get back on track with a meeting. However, I would rather keep the business and fun separate.

 

We will not be back in town until October 2nd. Have fun without us.

 

We are available on the 7th, but that is a little close to pull things together.

 

Should be good for 9/27 or 28. I'll double check to be sure.

With the change in the weather this weekend do we still want to do a picnic?
