Tried out the new Forza recently (was free for Xbox Live Gold members a couple weekends ago). Visuals were very nice. Alas, I suck at racing games that don't involve hurling turtle shells or launching missiles at competitors. :(

Killer Instinct Season 2 was just released on Xbox One, accompanied by a download of Killer Instinct 2 (wow, N64 graphics haven't aged well :p).

    FIFA 15 on the PS4

My god this game looks amazing, and the dribbling is so much more fluid now.

Still TF2. The Demoman's Loose Cannon and the Airstrike/B.A.S.E. Jumper for Soldier has reinvigorated the game for me.

Microsoft's re-release of Killer Instinct 2 for Xbox One. I've always wanted to play it for the Nintendo 64 back in the day, as I was a fan of the first game on arcade and SNES, but my copy of Killer Instinct Gold never worked (probably because of regional coding issues, as my N64 was bought in Canada and I didn't buy KI Gold until I got to the USA?).

Anyway, fun fighter, but I can't believe how crappy the N64-style visuals are. I mean, there just doesn't seem to be much difference between the SNES re-release and this re-release visually.

But, as always, the music is phenomenal.

TF2 (Team Fortress 2) and one of these new online football games I came across which is quite addictive.

Playing Kingdom Hearts, Star Wars KOTOR 2 and Lego the Hobbit at the moment. I also beat Crysis 3 yesterday and I can safely say it's my favourite FPS game.

Destiny. Story mode is disappointing, but the PvP is the most fun I've had with a multiplayer shooter since the glory days of Halo.

Still Insurgency. Counter-Strike for grown ups. Nothing more fun than smashing through a team of COD/BF playing nubs, too.

Hey don't hate on CS. I've been playing a crapload of GO since April and I would say it's the best iteration of it to date. Heard good things about Insurgency....maybe I'll give it a try at some point.

Been playing The Walking Dead Season Two. Currently on Episode 3.

Nothing more satisfying in that game than a CoD player squealing at you for camping or "sound scumming".

On Buhriz Push mode, I've been running either Recon or Specialist, and then going Heavy Armour, Beretta sidearm, and M16A4 with foregrip, red dot, and AP armour. Getting a distance kill in 1 shot gets accusations of cheating all the time. I usually retort with "spend the supply points on AP rounds, not molotovs" and that works.

Forza Horizon 2. I loved Horizon on the 360 and this is just way better. I've never felt so badass playing a racing game.

I've been playing The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, Smash Bros 3DS, and I started Demon's Souls.

Then I stopped because I went back to Dark Souls 2.

Magna Carta 2 because I just finished a good game and need to get back into a bad JRPG rut (It's technically Korean but it wants so desperately to be a JRPG that I'll give it to it). It's a bit like Infinite Undiscovery except more fun to play and with even worse voice acting. I have good WRPGs and JRPGs on the backlog. Conclusion: I hate myself.

Also messing around a bit with Terraria because it was on sale on GOG and not being tied to Steam makes Wineskin porting a snap.

Alien Isolation: Absolutely gorgeous to look at and has brilliant sound design. The old school horror game mechanics give it brains, making it one of my better games of the year so far.
Deadly Premonition: All this hype over Twin Peaks coming back, bleh! It already made its come back! 4 Years ago. In Japan. As a budget xbox 360 title. And it is awesome. I have no clue how they messed up the PC port so badly, though once I got it running I became hooked.

Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor. Really, really fun and I love the captain system and the historical tidbits here and there. The main story is alright.

Playing Star Wars Dark Forces right now. It's old, but it's still as fun as ever (although Jedi Knight is better). Final boss is giving me some trouble, though.
