Thanks! I wanted to make sure that I properly honored the sacrifice that led up to the game and the moment itself. It's the way old friends do. Believe it or not, when Rocket gets soliloquizing about the Storm players and fans, that was one part my own sports experiences in real life and another part a character who "got away from me" in the best possible way. I was just typing. She was the one doing the thinking.

 

I've definitely got some reading to do when I find the time. My writing muscle is out of shape this season.....but that's good news for the rest of you, right?

 

Or our lives are that less magical and wonderful for not getting to read your stuff.
