Buff, NY SW - The Night Before Rehearsal

    Friday, July 17th
    Marriott Hotel, Millersport Highway
    6:00 PM to 8:30 PM

    We have arranged for a large indoor facility for the (infamous) night-before practice; the entire ballroom on the main floor (site of various comic-book shows).
    Please try to arrive promptly and be ready to go at 6:30.
    Bring masks, boots, etc that you want to get used to on the field.
    Please DO NOT BRING ANY FOOD OR DRINKS into the ballroom.

    Afterwards we can drop costumes/weapons/table stuff/etc at the stadium.

    More as it happens.

    Can we at least bring in bottled water depending on how long we're going to be in there practicing?

    Last night my daughters *reminded* me that I am to attend their performance on Friday at 7:30 of their student projects (RLTP Theater's Summer Institute) . So, while I will be at the Marriott quite promptly slightly before 6:30, I will be there only until 7.

    Hahaha! Personally I had 6:00 on my calendar. I don't know what we agreed to with the Marriott but I'd definitely appreciate the extra time.

    I think with the Marriott and with the food we're treating it as "a North Ridge 5:30" as Mindy put it at the meeting. :p
