Rogue One [Official Info] Vader in Rogue One

it's hayden i think, though i'm not sure.

 

I wouldn't be too surprised if Vader barely interacts with Felicity's crew. All we might get is Vader and Krennic at odds with each other.

 

According to MSW there's concept art of Vader involved with action sequences. It'd be a waste of the character if they didn't utilize him in that capacity at least once.

 

I think we'll see Vader kill.

 

Although JEJ isn't credited for his lines in Revenge of the Sith it was actually him who voiced the scene. He said so in an interview not long after the movie was released. I'm not sure why he isn't credited but something tells me it was his choice.

Riz Ahmed's hilarious. I thought he cracked some great jokes on the RO panel (the bit about working for large organizations but not agreeing with everything they stand for...), and here he is landing another one. When asked about what it was like to have Vader on set:

Ahmed: "He's a very passive-aggressive man. I'm not afraid to say that. Kind of killed the vibe on set."

 

Doing stand up comedy?

 

Maybe.

 

Ahh nothing like a passive aggressive comedian who glares at you for not laughing. And then Force Chokes the audience.

 

Ben can't even answer if he was on set with Vader, come on, we all know he will be, don't
try and hide it..... Geez..

And we know Vaders gonna kill him at the end!

 

I bet his humor is really dark.

 

"You killed younglings?"
"Again, I killed AT 'Yung Ling's'"

 

"Man, Vader cut up that audience like a lightsaber through younglings."

Just noticed something very interesting about that video .... notice when we have the line-up of Donnie yen / Forest Whitaker / Alan Tudyk / Riz Ahmed, and the interviewer asks about the feeling on set when Vader turned up...

Both Alan and Forrest turn directly to Riz Ahmed for his answer, in a way that suggests they think he's the one most qualified to answer the question...

This makes me think out of the four of them, Riz Ahmed might be the only one who has any significant interactions with Vader (and is most likely killed by him).

What does everyone else think about this speculation?

 

Bodhi Rook goes on to be Vader's wingman in the Death Star trench run.

The twist is that they've stolen the wrong plans, and the Rebels didn't tell the fighter pilots.

I mean when did the Death Star's trench go through the laser?

 

You just know Vadef is going to end up slaying one/some of these characters. My money is on Donnie Yen's character. And possibly Jyn Erso?..
