I have FINALLY completed my fic for this challenge. I loved my song and wanted to do it justice.

Hi, checking in. Sorry I've been away for the past couple months, but my grandmother's not been doing so good lately, so I've been helping Mom take care of her. I do have part one of my entry for this challenge completed, just need to proofread and post.

As you know, this challenge has been so popular that the twenty songs we began with are now all taken. So I have gone out roving--into the meadows and flowers gay--and found five more.

Findswoman: I'm certain that others reading will agree with me when I write that I don't mind in the least. (Actually, I think I may have encouraged you to go ahead and roll at some point.) Anyhow: "The Cruel Brother" is another murder ballad, with another kriffslider behaving true to form. Apparently, it was a grievous sin not to seek one's brother's permission before marriage--or there is something else going on that they expect you to find in the subtext.

Another Sheev Palpatine short story to my song number 2: "I will never marry". It is actually the 7th story in a row.

The Orson Krennic thread with the song "Down in the willow garden" might continue after next weekend. With an 8th story.

But the holiday program of my kindergarten is over and after a cleaning day tomorrow, I will try to let another one year old feel homely with his new group. So I might be too stressed and too busy to come up with anything.
