I disagree tbh, she could easily have her own standalone film

 

I know it sounds crazy, but can anyone picture a flashback scene in Episode IX, where we see Luke's training Academy with Ben Solo, and there's an older (albeit uncredited) female Togrutan standing in the background? I could almost see something like that happening.

 

She will likely interact with Luke at some point - but her time as a jedi is long over. Because of this, I don't think she would associate herself with the jedi like that.

 

There’s nothing I’d love more than that, but sadly Disney would never make that happen, as she’s not known well enough around the world like Han or Obi-Wan, and therefore the film wouldn’t make much money. The general audience would see ‘Ahsoka Tano: A Star Wars Story’ and be like “What?” They would’ve needed to introduce her in a film with a big enough role for her to become a fan favourite if they wanted to do that.

Either that, or create the biggest marketing campaign ever with a trailer that completely sells the character. But that’s risky.

 

We'll see, she is in my mind always gaining more fan support and I find her more popular than the TFA/TLJ Cast soo

 

I don't think its impossible that Ahsoka returned to the Jedi path. I mean, she was in a Jedi shuttle in the Rebels epilogue. Plus, her grand declarations that she is "no Jedi" made her sound petulant.

 

anything is possible i suppose. She could be of the same opinion as Lor San Tekka that without the jedi the galaxy can't be in balance.

 

Also she is Jedi except in name.

 

We'll see, Grey Jedi term swings into mind.

Ya, but my point still stands. He barely tells the fans anything before it happens.

 

That's why people can develop their own theories based on his hints, like the one in the link.

I actually joined the forum the same month that Rebels began.

 

The symbol on the crate that looked like her forehead marking was a pretty strong hint. Filoni was never really subtle with these things.

Well since the Jedi for all intents and purposes are extinct so I would expect their ships would be acquired and used by somebody. I don't think you would have to be a Jedi to fly one.

 

I'm just saying, it was a choice, and I'm curious about the implication. "It's art. Everything has a meaning."

About that, I'd like to know what that means. If it matters, then what is the difference to Ahsoka? Filoni?
