Gaming Star Wars: Battlefront (2015) & Battlefront 2 (2017) [Mod Approved]

I'd love if they would. But the fact is none of those maps were designed to function in any current objective based mode (Strike, Galactic Assault) within BF 2. So at best they likely could be used for Blast, HvV, or the new Hero mode, where there's no objective (like Jabba's palace is being used now). I'd love to see the Sullest Sulfer pits map again though. Used to love playing Drop Pods on that map.

 

Well, after Solo's release, I'm even more ready for Solo content. Hopefully an announcement and release is imminent, but I have a feeling they're waiting till EA play.

 

The only Solo content I'd be interested in, after having seen the movie, is Qi'ra as a hero character.

 

Both Mimban and Kessel could be good maps, along with skins for Han, Lando, Chewie, the Falcon, and THAT character. I'd like to see all of that, so maybe we'll get the falcon skin.

 

Why not just a third Falcon?
While I haven't seen the film, I've seen some spoilers, and if THAT character is who I'm thinking of - yes!

 

I want Qi'ra as a hero and Kessel would be a fun map... possibly even the maw as a starfighter assault map?

For some reason I'm also really excited by the notion of a young Solo skin...

 

The problem I was thinking about regarding Qi'ra as a hero, as much as I'd like her to be one is (spoiler related to the movie)

@Ahsoka's Tano good point but remember Iden is on the Villains team and the same could be said for her.

 

Well as I've said plenty of times before here, I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE if the other skin was made available for her. It's something I'd invest even a decent amount of credits towards.

Well it would be weird if they brought him back now with the Solo DLC; considering the character was nowhere to be found.

 

I don't get why they have to only add one hero and villain per season... in fact, I don't get why they can't just put the whole cast in there...

 

I know I'm in the very small minority here and that I've mentioned it before, but I really wish they'd nerf Vader in BF2. It seems like they went out of their way to make it a little more difficult to deploy Iden's droid shock ability; but Vader gets to be just as virtually invulnerable and strong as ever.

Btw, news on some patches that were just released. Looks like they've fixed the Hero emotes; among other things.

I want Jyn Erso and her crew in this game.They are the unsung heroes of the saga!

 

I'd love to see Jyn return from the BF 2015 game. I'd main her on the Hero's side in H v V and GA if someone had already picked Rey.

 

The hero's I want most are Anakin, Obi-wan, and Padme.
All else can wait.

Though I figure it's rather unlikely they will come in the Solo season.

• New Imperial Skins: Mudtroopers
• New Ship Skin: Millennium Falcon
• New Ground Maps: Mimban or Spice Mines of Kessel
• New Starfighter Map: Kessel Run

I'm expecting nothing, though.

 

How many Millenium Falcon skins do you need? They already have one for Chewie and Rey as well as for Han and Chewie (OT era).

 

I just want DICE to implement a single patch that fixes everything it claims it should and doesn't break anything else at the same time.

But that simply is too much to ask of EA/DICE.

I've lost some of my higher tier starcards. I haven't cared to see if the issues were fixed since the game just can't hold my interest.
