1:He's a Bada$$
2:He's got a lightstaff and he's darn good at using it
3:His battle between the Jedi doesn't include talking interuptions
4:He's got cool tatoos on him

Maul was awesome, Dooku was slick, Grievous was cool, pre-suit Vader had a few great moments, but Sidious/Palpatine shows why he's the best.

This was tough. I really liked Dooku, but I went with Jango, he had an awesome suit, cool weapons, and he died alot more honorobly than his son he went head on against one of the greatest Jedi at the time.
