Unless best villian refers to most powerful villian, in which case you could have a favorite that wasn't the greatest of all. Like if you liked Sebulba, but of course he doesn't stand a chance to say, Emperor Palpatine.

Yeah, Count Dooku is the definition of Jedi sophistication and refinement, as well as deadly elegance in a duel.
He's like lethal poetry in motion, watching him duel, one could be mesmerized by the intricate and artful skill
with which he wields his lightsaber. A true master swordsman, very dangerous indeed. =)
