Aayla Secura. Yep, early on, pre AotC, she was a Sith. But aside from her my favourite bad guy's the same as my fave Imperial Officer, a dead one.

Count Dooku was my fav villian. He seems to be the only one with depth. The only one who seems to have an interesting backstory because just like Anakin, he was once a Jedi who went to the dark side. But the movies don't show his backstory. Poor Dooku.

For me it's Palpatine/Sidious. To watch him lay out his plan starting in TPM and gain power in "Sith" was brillant! Not to mention he seemed flat out creepy at times.

I had a hard time choosing between Darth Maul & Dath Vadar. I chose Maul in the end cause he is a kick-arse fighter while Vadar's (OT) fighting isn't any good.

Palpatine/Sidious. PT wise he was the most interesting well-cratfed villain and he gave me chills in RotS. I would have said Anakin/Vader, but as someone else said a few pages back, we didn't see enough of Vader overall in the PT.

Darth Maul the most kickass villain in the PT. Sure Palpy is more clever and much more powerful, but Maul is definitely the warrior type. Doesn't talk much and let's his actions speak for his words. Dooku was a little too much talk and I also didn't like him because of the fact that he was once a Jedi Master. In my eyes, True Sith are the ones who were first Sith and always stayed as Sith until their deaths. GG's appearance and the ability to wield four lightsabers was kickass, but he was a throwaway character in ROTS. His duel with Obi Wan Kenobi was a huge disappointment. In the Clone Wars, Obi had a harder time with Durge than he did with GG in ROTS. As for Jango, he was alright but he got his ass kicked by Windu. So yeah Darth Maul all the way!
