Although Yoda vs Dooku was great, it's lost some of its appeal to me over the years.

I still get goosebumps when all the Jedi flood into the Arena, though. I'd been waiting years to see an army of Jedi in action, and I nerdgasmed all over myself when I first saw that.

I'd love to say the Yoda duel because it was great but I'm not.

I'm going to say it's the love story.

Not for the dialogue because the characters sound stupid comparing each other to sand. wink No it was the physical acting. If you tune out their voices and look at what their bodies and faces are really saying. Those scenes are full of sexual tension and longing and full on passion. I'd have to say the Anakin/Padme is a lot sexier in that respect than Han and Leia which was mostly built on one-liners and witticisms more than real physical chemisty.

Next time you watch turn the sound off and slip on your iPod and turn up the love theme and you'll see what I mean. HEAT!

I wish they'd kept the Padme's family scenes though that would have made a good thing even BETTER.

I thought the love story could have been better, but I don't think it was bad at all either. However, the love story could have been TERRIBLE, and it still would have been beliveable because "Across the Stars" more than made up for any cheesy dialoge.

Also, the previously mentioned super cool noise from the asteroid chase was pretty much the coolest thing ever.

Yoda vs Dooku was the best part for me. When Yoda took out his lighsaber the crowd cheered louder than any crowd i've ever heard in a cinema. Also when this happened the guy next to me looked at me and said "sweet jesus" the look on his face was something like this shock

Another great SW moment.

Id have to say my favorite part was when Anakin slaughtered the tuskens. It was brilliant absolutly brilliant.

And I also liked the fight between Kenobi and Jango, its a close second.

well, no one could force me to say that the love story between Ani\Padme was the best thing to happen because it was so poorly structured, and it didn't help that Anakin was a whiny spoiled brat, but the best parts are as follows:

1. The Dooku\Obi-Wan\Anakin duel...except when Obi got injured

2. The Yoda\Dooku-who knew the littel guy could move? tongue

3. The battle that started off the Clone Wars (i.e. the arena battle and following scenes)

4. Obi-Wan vs. Jango fight...Love it when Obi says, "oh not good." grin *almost like a "duh" moment, lol*

overrall, the best scenes were the action ones; and I love the coruscant chase....but to me, any obi scene is the best in the film. wink

The speeder chase that was pretty cool.
Yoda v. Dooku was hilarious and great
Anakin/Obi-Wan v. Dooku was good too
Dooku hanaging Obi-Wan up and chatting away merrily was also a great scene

The Speeder Chase scene is my favourite. (From the moment Padme is attacked up until where Zam dies and Jango flies off.) I loved getting to experience Coruscant like this, and I loved the dark affairs of the Bounty Hunters, great atmosphere, exciting music, great climax in the Canteena, also musically.

The speeder chase was one
I loved it when Anakin flips out of the speeder and obi wan goes I hate it when he does that

When they are walking across the bridge in the castle it gives you alot of background on padme. I often wondered more about the story of Luke's mom and that was it.

The duels all of them

I concur at that moment I knew Anakin had gone down the dark path and it will dominate his destiny, I love the look in his eyes as he chops them up with his lightsaber!

I'm tempted to say the speeder chase through Coruscant, possibly my favorite action scene in the PT, but I'm not. Instead, I think the single best thing about AOTC is its overall mysterious feeling. For some reason that movie has always resonated very strongly with me.
