IMHO, Kamino and its backstory. It showed more rousing background and depth of potential than most else in AOTC. Aside from that, I'd say "Across the Stars", as I feel most of the other tracks were either languid and recycled or lacked the tempo to make them sound better, as dramatic as they were by nature.

Yoda opening up a can of whoop-ass on Dooku.

Best part ever, having him scream AARRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH while fighting.

I second that: The little gren pimp Force grabbing his saber and jumping into battle. All of the audiences that I saw AOTC with went nuts for that scene, myself included.

The Obi-Wan and the Fetts meet for the first time scene. Loved every part of it.

It almost has a "Dragnet" feel to it.

I agree that one of the coolest sounds in the PT came from Jango's seismic charges. It was a cool sequence overall.

Love the asteroid chase. When I bought the DVD in 2002, the first thing I did when I got home was advance to that scene/sequence. I've watched it so many times now I have the rhtythm and noise of it memorized. It's a brilliant and breath-taking sequence, and also presents a rare moment when STAR WARS fulfills the promise of its own title.

The absolutely most thrilling moment was the snap-hiss of Yoda's lighsaber igniting.

The best thing about AOTC... you mean aside from the ending? (I kid... I kid)

To me the best part was after Yoda whip-snaps all over the place in his show of green fury and then retrieves his cane and starts limping around like we're used to seeing him do. I still get a chuckle out of that. I also love the line "Much to learn... you still have."

For me it's always been a toss up betweem the land battle, Jango Fett and the cloning facility on Kamino.

Anakin, Kenobi and Yoda v Dooku.

It had everything I ever wanted in a Star Wars Duel.

Well, aside from my curiosity about how Anakin was crippled (which I always assumed was via lightsaber duel).

Coruscant Chase: Anakin flying completely downwards chasing Zam, when the ship shows up, he just laughs. And, "if you'll excuse me!"

Kamino: Obi-Wan's Mortal Kombat Flying Jump Kicks.

Geonosis: Mace Windu sets his lightsaber near Jango, and says "this party's over"
