I mean seriously. Sure we may have different names and such for our defensive moves and whatnot, but in the movies, all this Cho-Sai and Shi-Sun moves all look the same.

Well I would probably go with Form IV Ataru cause I'm not very strong and I'm agile, and this form draws heavily upon the Force. But I think the best form is Form III Soresu and in the real world I think it would be the best to win a combat.

Vaders ESb blend of Djem So, Makashi, and Soresu. I'm tall enough and strong enough to pull off using powerful onehanded attacks. Plus it looks cool when he totally ones luke using one hand.

I would train in djem so to start to get the physical strength then makashi for percision and put it togther to use vaaped

I'm a bit embarrassed to ask this..
but where do all these different "forms" come from? A certain SW game? True martial arts swordsmanship styles?
Could someone please tell me where these form names come from and where/how I can learn about them?
Plus...which SW character uses which style?
Without knowing the actual FORM...I guess my style is most Like Anakin-sometimes flashy and almost "arrogant" in a way, and more offensive than defensive...

Other than the Gillard form for the films, the form mostly came from the novels/comics, and some styles came from various SW games.

Start here and from there, you can branch off and read about the different forms and which forms are preferred by your favorite Jedi/Sith.

I would use form three Soresu cause obi wan used it and its very graceful and whoever uses it. Is Hard to beat Invisible and plus that is why my rp character uses.
