I'd use form 7 Vaapad. Because Windu uses it. And it's deadly and to the point. See Jango vs Mace for details.

Ataru! I know it's very draining, and seems very flashy, but i'm the ballerina who loves to spin around on stage. And, i like to jump, and be just awesomely hard core. I do like the one person (sorry i didn't quote) that said they liked yoda's style - Run away, or if that doesn't work, flai like mad. Lololol! May the Shoop-da-woop-alicious Force be with you!

Makashi all the way. Simply because being vicious is the best part of the Form. Oh, and a curved lightsaber is a definitive.
