Yoda actually had some insight, he felt Anakin's pain when his mother died, and Anakin also went to him for advice when he spoke generally about his dreams. Yoda's advice was essentially to break up with Padme.
It isn't as if Anakin was constantly with Padme. He was away for weeks/months at at time on missions.
The Jedi may also not have a problem with NSA relationships.

I don't think the Jedi council had any clue about Anakin and Padme's relationship but I think Obi-wan knew that Anakin and Padme were close. I mean when Obi-wan knew something was wrong with Anakin he want straight to Padme. but I don't think he knew Anakin and Padme were married to each other until he found out that Padme was pregnant.

Exactly. The Jedi Council did not know of the relationship and would not have approved had they known. Obi-Wan kept silent for Anakin's sake.

I don't think the Council knew, but Obiwan did. It was a major error turning a blind eye.
And what was Padme thinking? A woman in her position allowing herself to get involved with a jedi. Politicians...

I still say Padme came down with a cold when Anakin's midi-whatsits started penetrating her cells. Ewwwww. Its really kinda creepy when you think of it that way. She wasn't thinking clearly. I mean, who wears a leather dominatrix outfit to tell someone "it can never be." I see these little Anakin-shaped cells laughing maniacally elbowing their way over Padme's common sense "wisest-queen-ever" brains cells.

She could've had her pick of men. Just because we don't see them on screen doesn't mean there were other decent prospects in the galaxy. Why would a highly intelligent, beautiful, successful woman like that go for a whiny twerp like Anakin?
Actually, relating that to what happens on planet Earth, it makes perfect sense.

Actually, it appears to take Obi-Wan some time to figure out the connection, and by then most of the Jedi are killed. Otherwise, maybe Anakin did a good job of keeping it a secret?

Obi-Wan knew already. Does everyone remember the scene in AOTC when they are racing to confront Count Dooku? Padme falls from the craft and Anakin wants to go after her. Obi-Wan tells Anakin to come to his senses.
I would strongly suspect Obi-Wan knew about their relationship but never said anything. Also, after Dooku defeats Skywalker and Kenobi, Padme is there to kiss and hug Anakin right in front of Yoda and Obi-Wan!
