Any plans for this evening. Out illustrious celebratory leader (the other K), is possibly making her way into town as we speak. Anyone up for catching up later this arvo or this evening? Anyone already heading into town..contact Kahli if you're bored or want company, or me if you don't have her number. Hope to be popping into town a bit later this arvo myself.

I'm thinking about going into town - I was all excited to do so but then remembered that I hate crowds. If I do make it into town I probably won't be in for too long.
I'm honestly thinking of postponing my Guinness-related shennanigans until Wednesday when the pub will be more quiet, and the Guinness will be $5.50.

I'd honestly suggest we walk into an Irish pub..have one drink and then find somewhere quieter for any follow ups. Crowds are NOT my thing either Morgs.

Okay folks,
I know every time I post about Kate Miller-Heidke you're all fairly unresponsive on the matter, but I'm looking to see her show on 2 May 08 (a Friday) @ The Zoo, in the Valley.
Last time I was there this venue was standing room only kind of thing, so there shouldn't be any issues with getting seats together if you wanted to grab a ticket, otherwise I can grab tickets for those who wish to come in.
I was originally going to suggest her gig on the Sunday at the Judith Wright centre, but that's an all ages matinee and is just as "standing room only" as the Zoo.
Anywho, that's about the last I'm going to post on the boards about it, and I guess I'll do some random texting to see about interest...
If you're interested in coming along, please let me know?

For what it's worth, your posts did encourage me to check out a little more of her music. I love Words, but the overall (surprisingly different) style of the album didn't appeal as much to me.
I might, maybe, perhaps, decide to tag along at the last minute. It is, after all, hard to say no to her version of Psycho Killer.
