Hey guys, I was wondering what other Sci-fi stuff you are into. Books, Movies, TV, whatever. Maybe theres some stuff you can recomend or tell us to avoid like the plague...

All I can say is that FOX is inept to such a degree that it amazes me. They could kill any good show and they seem driven to eliminate all 'non-reality-TV' BS out of their line up. That's my impression of the networks in general. It doesn't require any imagination of budgeting to make, it's pure profit for those idiots. But who is going to take about or watch these things years down the road? I could work myself into a real rant on this topic alone...

As could I. I remember being so excited about Firefly when it was first on, but after missing the first episode and then just not knowing when it was on (again Fox just moved it around too much) I had to wait until it was shown on the Sci-Fi channel to really get into it. But I just don't understand how Fox could totally drop the ball like that. Firefly is one of the most creative origonal sci-fi shows I have ever seen. If Fox had just put in the effort they would have had another X-Files on their hands, instead of whatever was on that god and viewer forsaken channel that year. Probably "Who Wants to Marry a Guy Who's Half Brother Might be a Midget" or something...grrrrr

I still watch BSG, SG Atlantis, & Eureka on Sci Fi. But they really missed the ball on Firefly, after Fox totally blew it. I really thought Sci Fi was gonna pick it up.
Anyone watching Drive?
I really like this series. It's in my current favorites right under Heroes!

I just watch Power Rangers and a little of Sabrina the Teenage Witch most of my time is spent on homework practicing for the play this Friday and Saturday or on here...or reading...or writing.

Poor Nathan Fillion just can't catch a break. Keeps having his shows canceled. Keeps marrying women under false names and getting drugged by them. He's just got some bad luck. But thats why I never kiss 'em on the lips.
