jango had already slain a jedi, and was on the verge of killing others, he had to go
and palpatine wasnt unarmed. he was faking not being able to throw out lightening, mace could sense this, and decided to take advantage of sidious' faux weakness by killing him.
and it wasnt a coup d'etat in the evil, dubious and traitorous way that you insinuate. he was doing it in order to save the republic from tyranny, as well as bring a traitor to justice. it was a no win situation for mace and his jedi bretheren.

I would save either Count Dooku. He is the coolest Sith Warrior in the Galaxy. Even if he was slightly weird. LOL!

Mace, he defeated Palps farily then he ends up dying. he deserved to live. Also he could help Luke alot with his training.

i love how people hate mace for being cocky....yet constantly make excuses for selfish anakin.
but neverthless i would save anakin from falling. this would entail him killing palpatine when mace was deflecting the lightening.
his destiny was at hand, and he chose not to meet it.

It's either (from left to right) Whie,Cin Drallig,or Bene.
While Whie and Bene were sparring Anakin entered the training room and fought 3 to 1. Whie died first )slashed across the chest) Here comes the sad part. With one hand Anakin fights Cin Drallig and the other strangles Bene with Force grip. Then Cin Drallig was cut down. Pretty sad. Who would you choose out of the 3?

Mace was not deflecting the lighting he could not do that.He was not that powerful...he could not take the full blast......

Yeah, well Anakin is a likeable character, Mace isn't (IMO). Mace was a prick.
