So how old is Han Solo really in ANH? Luke and Leia are easy to figure out:
ANH - 19
ESB - 22
ROTJ- 23
But Han? I always figured he's got to be in his 30's by the time ROTJ roles around. Do we have an offical sorce on his age?
Interesting side note. Carrie Fisher was 19 for ANH too, and Mark Hamill was 21.

Now I'm really confused, I thought there was 10 years between each episode except 3-4 which had 20???????

Mark Hamill was born:
September 25, 1951
And Carrie Fisher was born:
October 21, 1956
They are five years apart in age, so Hamill was not 21 when filming ANH.

Perhaps, Anakin was 9 years old in TPM . . . only somewhat shy of his 10th birthday. And ten years later in AOTC, he had passed his 20th birthday.

Anakin is 23, Padme is 27.
Why is there still confusion? A number of people have already explained it.
In TPM Anakin is Nine (and a percentage over 1/2)
Then *roughly* a decade later, AotC happens and he's just hit twenty. It's not like everything happens *exactly, to the day, ten years after TPM*...
The Clone Wars rage for three years, so by the time RotS rolls around, he's twenty three.
The age difference between Padme and Anakin is about 4 years and a couple of months - NOT five years. Not that it really matters...
As for the Phantom Menace novelisation, the exact phrasing is:
"Maybe even next year, when he reached the age of ten"
That's not the same as "Maybe in a year's time, when he reached the age of ten"
If I am born in March, and I'm 9 while it's November - I am still "ten next year", even though my birthday is only 4 months off.
As for Han Solo and Leia, in ANH Leia's nineteen and Han is twenty-seven - though Harrison Ford was in his thirties.

i cant believe this is so complicated to understand 
padme was 14 in TPM you add the 13 years since then and she is : 27
anakin was 9 in TPM,you add the 13 years since then and he is : 22

Well it's bound to be complicated if people only read what they want to. The explanation has already been given enough times.

No. 
It's ten years and a couple/few months - should the characters have to say
"I've not seen her in ten years and two months, master"
in casual conversation? No, you round down. (Or, had it been 9 years and 10 months, round up)

28 is the official age in ANH. This was confirmed in the Han Solo Trilogy, which begins with him at age eighteen and ends at twenty eight. Covers a decade. Harrison Ford was about 32, I think, when he did ANH. The novelization for ANH does not give an age.

GL says 10 years,why do you twist it to make it 10 years and a month or things like that ?? if the maker says 10 years then is 10 years.

Look at first part of the quote again.

To use your own words, "If you are 9 years and 363 days year old then you are still nine years old", which is true - but you are NOT far off ten, which is what I said in the first place.
And as for George Lucas, well if you think when he says "So AotC takes place about ten years after TPM" he means "exactly ten years to the day" then... well, whatever. I prefer to take into account teh "about", as well as the fact that not everyone in the universe is born on the same day.
The movie novelisation says that he is twenty.

i dont trust books.
the movie novelisation for ROTS uses crap like vaapad and soresu. 
the movie novelisation for ROTS says that dooku was afraid of obi wan.
but its OK i admit my mistake and i'll give you this one.
