	Its an order that I'm sure they trained for as a precaution and was meant to be a secret from the Jedi. You can't program something like that into their genes, its the loyalty that is programmed into them. The order is something they learned as part of their training. 	sorry if addressed but I was watching AOTC tonight and heard the part where Ani tells the clone pilot to shoot Dooku down and the pilot respondes that he is out of ammo. I seem to remember a debate at the time where people were saying that they thought this was odd cuz they had seen plenty of missles or something of that nature. Does anyone know more about this cuz with the whole order 66 thing it had me wondering if the clones may have had orders not to hurt Dooku.

	Here's an example of clonetroopers not knowing what Order66 is, My Lord, what does Order66 mean? Of course they knew about Order66! It's not even a question. Darth Sidious gives Order66 and they know exactly what to do. If that doesn't tell you they already knew, than nothing will.

	The Kaminoans are business only they couldn't care less what order 66 was for just so long as they get paid. Dooku killed Sifo dys and posed as him when he placed the order, he didn't even need to show his face to order the clones, you can buy things online now with out showing your mug. With the advanced combat training exercises, order 66 could have been implanted in them without anyone knowing, not that hard to do theses days with subliminal messages, the clones were more docile remember?

	Okay people, it really is THIS simple: -We are told that the clones will "obey orders without question...they are completely loyal to the republic" -The Clones, during their combat training, are 'programmed', or indoctrinated with a list of orders. - It is highly feasible that one of these would be "in the event of a Jedi revolt against the Chancellor(and therefore the republic), execute the Jedi Generals. - They are probably also programmed to recognise Darth Sidious as an 'executive officer' of the republic, meaning that he has the authority to issue orders on behalf of the Chancellor. - Thus when Palpatine issues the order in the guise of Sidious, they obey it. - The order is buried in their subconcious - they are not conciously aware of it, they are merely trained to respond immediately and unflinchingly to it when it is given. 	^ The Jedi were'nt responsible for their combat training/programming. Why SHOULD they be aware of every one of the 1,000,564 orders that the clones were probably programmed with? -The Kaminoans may well have been aware of an order that essentially means "put an immediate stop to any treasonous activity by your generals against the Chancellor/Republic." Knowing how smart Sidious is, Order 66 would have been worded in a way that looked fairly innocent IF the Jedi had decided to analyse the Clones' combat programming. 	Hi all, this is my take on it Darth Sidious is Sifa Dias (SI-DI = SIDIous) In AOTC Obi Wan says that Sifa Dias tied ten years ago, which means that he died during the time of TPM. Think about it from this context, Obi Wan says to Luke that Darth Vader killed Anakin, which invariably meant to say that Anakin become Darth Vader. Could GL be implying that Sifa Dias died and become Darth Sidious? Does it mention anywhere in the scripts about the history of Sifa Dias? I think that Order 66 is pre-programmed into the genetic code. Remember that Jango Fett was sent to kill Padme in AOTC, and for him to be the ultimate specimen for the clones there must be some linkage to Sidious. And what a perfect way to take control. Use the Republican army to take control of the Seperatists, and once that is done they kill the Jedi. All the Sith's dirty work are done from them in the guise of the Republic.
