It's in the Top Ten for Worst Title and Worst Poster. Most people liked the poster, and how can Revenge of the Sith be a bad title in anyone's mind?

its only in the worst categories because of all the haters. There are alot of Star Wars haters out there who can't accept how great the series is and think they're too cool for it. So when they see any mention of it they stick their noses up and hate on, even though they probably havent seen it. Have you noticed its in the top 10 for Worst Visual Effects and Worst Poster too? Kind of proves my point.

As for the poll, yeah don't worry too much about it. The past two movies gave ROTS a reputation I think. The screenplay was not so bad.

I agree with everyone else in this thread. This stuff is just to get us SW fanatics mad. I mean come on....worst visual effects worst FX, worst actors, worst title, worst movie that just you know grossed 350 million in the US and nearly 700 million worldwide. They are very jealous and not worth getting mad over. I mean out of those catagories i mentioned ROTS has got to be at least in teh #10. no one has respect for star wars in Hollywood, even though if it wasnt for ROTS they would be in even worse shape now its because of star wars that Hollywood did so great in 2005 mid summer movies. SO dont even get mad or dissappointed to this news as they are just jealous that we have such a fan base and they dont. i cant wait to see if they dont include star wars in the academy awards for FX, music and actors and director as well as best picture. to me and others on this board best movie was ROTS no ifs ands or buts. NUff said!!!

While i think Sith couldof been much better, i Don't agree with worst movie and all that stuff. I agree with worst director..as i think Lucas should never direct another flick. But, despite the movies flaws [their are many] it was a good pop-corn movie. Its not ground brekaing, but it did what it was suppose to do.

The screenplay was magnificent and ROTS should get an Oscar for that as well as best director, special effects, production and costumes. Period

The only reason Harry Potter is doing well is because certain websites have been rallying the fanbase to stuff the votes. Notice it's winning in "Best Documentary"? What!?!?!? Just what is it a documentary of? Did I miss something!?

Seems IMDB is upset that KK is doing poorly BO wise. SO they seem to need to bring down the BO chmp of 2005 to make them feel better. 82% Fresh on Rotten, it was a critical success. even EW gave it props for its saddest movie moemts of 2005 list. Worst poster!!! It fit with the others and fit the movie. Worst Title. What did they want to call it. Lord of the Sith Rings. Idiots!!

Throughout the entire PT, it is never really made all that clear why exactly the Sith are seeking revenge. Of course, the assumption that the Jedi came close to wiping them out is a logical one, but still like Lucas says the focus of these films is Anakin Skywalker before anyone else.
Being that is the case, I greatly preferred the rumored title The Creeping Fear, which perfectly illustrates the impetus behind Episode III’s intrinsic sense of tragedy. After all, Anakin’s vendetta against the Jedi only comes about after the gradual build-up of fear finally becomes too much for him to cope with, thus transforming him into a monster.
