ROTS/PT Merge - February 6 - ATTN VIP's - No posting in this forum.

This is just to let everyone know that the ROTS and PT forums will be merging the first week of February 2006.
Some of the threads will be transferred, but they are mostly the Official ones. You may notice us lock more threads than normal and re-direct to Official Threads, because those are the ones going over.
The 3SA/ROTS forum has had a long and glorious history, but it is time to move on to something new.
I know wherever you are it's become a better place. You were the most loving forum a person could ever have. Goodbye, my dearest 3SA. And thank you.
Update: You'll start seeing threads move to PT on Friday, February 3rd. On February 6th, the forum will be made inactive. Creation of new threads will be turned off starting February 3rd.

I have to admit that I still come to this board every day to look, mainly out of habit.
I really have nothing more to say about ROTS, but I can't stop coming here.
I came to all of the spoiler boards at TFN before each of the prequels and admit to now feeling an internet void when I go online these days. I miss Star Wars spoilers. it will be a sad day when there is no longer an episode 3 board, as it will signify to me thathere is NO NEW MOVIE any more, once and for all.
Help me, small screen Star Wars forum... you're my only hope.

You said it. I started lurking back in '98. I remember "spoilers" (I think it was on this website) that claimed that Charlton Heston would be a leading Jedi. There really is a void that will be partially filled by SW smallscreen and the 3D versions.

Kinda sad. I remember discovering these forums when ol' Grilled-Sarlaac was posting his "Just the Facts" information back in early 2003...
I will miss the time I have spent (and keep spending, on occasion) at the 3SA/ROTS forums very much.

its been great hangging around the 3SA as long as i have, but you're right its time to move on.

Nothing will be deleted. ROTS will become inactive like the ROTS Non-Spoiler. Everything should remain intact, at least the first few dozen pages. You can still come and peruse the threads here, just not post in them. We're still determining the threads that will be moved, but they're mostly going to be the Official ones.
