	I hope you don't see Mace actually get killed. Lucas won't have time to show all the Jedi dying and its better leaving it to the fans to decide.

	If you think about it, the single most badass bounty hunter in the galaxy had nothing on Mace, and its obvious Boba Fett isn't as badass as his father (getting killed in that idiotic way lowers my respect for him). I would think its fair to conclude that only a Sith would have the power to kill Mace. Darth Maul, who was a Sith, barely got away with killing Qui-Gon and couldn't even kill Obi-Wan, so it'll take a pretty badass Sith Lord (cough Darth Vader cough) to kill the second strongest Jedi. Also, hasn't Mace, besides Yoda, had the most doubts about Anakin's potential and abilities? -----signature----- "Concentraaaaate!"

	This was brought up by Mace__Windu in the Ep.II spoilers forum about Mace and his death by the hands of Dooku after an extreamly kick @$$ fight... 1-They were friends. 2-They are around the same skill level. 3-Both employ saber styles uncommon to most of the Jedi (Tyranus uses a From 2; a style similar to fencing..Mace uses form 7, a style that taps the power of the darkside and uses Sith teachings) 4-George knows a fight like that would be lengendary. 	I agree. A duel with Dooku (or a 2 on 1 with Anakin and Dooku versus Mace) would be a great ending for Mace. This Boba Fett cr*p is absurd.

	It has to be something that satisfies Jackson's "Not going out like some punk" mandate. Maybe Mace could decide to draw the Empire's fire, let Dooku trap him on a ship and then cause a massive force explosion killing them both. 	I think Palpy baby will kill Dooku because he wont need him anymore, as he'll be getting the services of a very pissed off Anakin Skywalker. Remember the way Palpatine was ready to have Luke 'take your father's place at my side in ROTJ, he just uses the Jedi as Pawns to do his dirty work. Vader will kill Mace to proove his worth, sort of like a Sith Trial. I also heard that GL has a big plot twist lined up for the end of EP3, that will change the way we look at the OT - My guess is that with alot of cloning going on, Palpatine has Anakin cloned and Luke/Leia are the result. (Only a suggestion but plausable)

	This whole area for me is where star wars in unlike anything else in the world. Star Wars is enjoyable for children and adults alike. I don't think Lucas is going to have death and blood all over the ending of his films. This will be the last new star wars he ever does. Mace getting a Quentin Tarentino beat down is probably not what he has in mind. He wont die on screen in my honest opinion. The Jedi being extinct is in a different sense of the word. not all dead as in bodies. just a dead religion.

	No, I think it's very clear that Lucas has always intended that the Jedi physically die and then that "old religeon" goes with them.

	crosses fingers I really would love to see Mace and Dooku in an intense battle. Both are at the top of their game, both have not only uncommon style of sabering, but a very cool one, and both have tension boiling between them.
