	The Lucas quote comes from Empire Online UK and (originally) E! News Daily, although I didn't witness any video or audio of it, just Net references: "His (C3P0's) memory system has been erased and so has R2's, so they don't remember anything from the first trilogy ... I'm telling you something from Episode III, I shouldn't be telling you that but I think most of the fans already know that."

	Shinjo, Yeah Yaddle can be a fickle little gal. Usually someone labels her a Sith Witch and then it's all downhill from there.... ...not that I had anything to do with that... I think that R2 and 3P0 will be very important in EPIII... that fact that their memories needed to be erased alone points to this. Notice that in AOTC R2 fails to save Padme from the bugs but, impossibly, sprouts rockets to save her from the fire. I think this is an important point- showing perhaps that Padme suddenly becomes "important" enough to warrant R2's protection. This is probably because by the time she is in the foundry, she's decided to fall in love with Anakin. I think we may see R2 playing the part of the guardian once again in EPIII for both Padme and the twins. -----signature----- What's that smell??! Oh! Someone laid another wonderful JC post!

	He will be, most likely. Well, at least for the movie. Because we all know he gets seperated from Luke and LIea, while Padme dies most likely. As for C3-PO, I wonder. 	3-PO's gold plating can be as simple as this. threepio talking to Artoo, with his gold plating "gee, im so glad I have this new covering, it makes me really happy, although, this silver leg is rather odd" something like that, i dont' know, you'd think that after 3po left, went back to Coroscant, they'd fix him up or something.

	I think C3PO gets the gol armor because his silver armour rusts. That could be why he still has a little silver still on his leg. Maybe it rusts some how.

	Well, I think that one of the droids (mainly the bumbling C3-PO) may be responsible for Anakin's fall by revealing his marriage (remember who was at the marriage, the family, the holy man, the droids and the two lovers.) The scene could go something like this: Obi-Wan: C3-PO, where is Anakin? C3-PO: Master Anakin is currently with his wife. Obi-Wan: His what? 	possible scenario: Anakin wipes both C3PO's and R2D2's memories from motivation to prevent the Jedi Council (or anyone else, for that matter) from finding out about "The Marriage"-- since both droids were in attendance at "The Wedding"-- "pardon me for my firm grasp of the obvious"
