Recently there was a great post over at Action Figure Insider on rejected Star Wars toys in 1998. If you haven't read it yet, click the link it....really, there is a Jabba Bean Bag chair, nuff said.
In the history of Star Wars there must have been tons of rejected toys. Check out the picture below. During the move of Kenner's offices, items pertaining to Stretch Armstrong, Baby Alive and sadly Star Wars were all relegated to the dumpster. A few brave young individuals managed to save a lot of the artwork, boxes, and old signage. Below is an image of some of the saved treasure. Especially note, to the upper right. What kid wouldn't have wanted their very own dewback to ride around on.

Side Note: Fortunately though, for the sake of humanity, no Baby Alive items were rescued.

The Han in Carbonite mini fridge is GOLDEN! I would love to have that and modify it to a keg-a-rator. I do find it disconcerting that Jar-Jar wasn't on the Big Game heads but I would love to have a Wampa on my wall.
But wouldn't Lucas had to pay royalties to Mel Brooks for the Headphones if they were made?

That Cloud City lamp is awesome! I need one! Is it just me or did that Jabba bean bag chair have nipples? 
Those mounted heads remind me of the Illusive Concepts Chewie:
Scary! Believe it or not, that was an actual released licensed item.
