Everyone mark their calendars if they haven't already...
Sunday March 18th from 10am-4pm
Note, this does conflict with our monthly meeting so we'll probably not being going to MCH in March.
We'll be having one shared club table and Diane will be getting a sales table of her own.
If other folks are considering selling that we might have a 3rd table.
I really should, but won't know probably until March.

FYI - I purchased the joint club table on Feb 3rd.
Same price as the last few times and we'll be in the same location as well.
I'll have to check on our flier status, but I think we should still have plenty for the table.

Yes, they should have a decent selection of SW figures.
This show is too small - doesnt' have a website.
Hope you can make it though - it's a fun show.

Sounds like we might have some friends selling at the show. Diane just tried to purchase her sales table near us and was told that someone purchased 3 sales tables and asked to be put near the SW groups. I can't wait to see who our secret admirerers are and what goodies they'll be bringing to sell.
Other than our standard fliers and photo albums, is there anything else folks can think of for table activities?
Also, if there is anyone willing to pitch in a couple bucks for the table I would appreciate it. We no longer have enough in the club "treasury" to fund our portion of the table costs ($8.75). The Tranquility paid for their 1/4th, I paid for the 501st and Rebel Legion's 1/4th and the remainder of The Rebellion's 1/4th.

No sheetrock, but more than likely a ton of SW stuff. I believe it's Larry and Janice.

I was told that we would have that whole corner area to do photos so I'm hoping that means no sheetrock displays will be over there.
I was thinking that even if we didn't do a raffle we could collect money for a charity. Would everyone be OK with The Dream Factory? I will ask the 501st if they're OK with that as well and then we could send in a joint donation.

I'd still like to tape a little something to send down for the FF Awards Ceremony next month.

Nicky- Do you still need funds to help defray the table cost? I'd be happy to put in some bux...
And, to ALL: I've got a special St. Patty's Day Weekend treat for you all: A little song, done in the traditional Irish singing-style, called "the Jedi Drinking Test". It's a hoot, and right in theme with the weekend. I believe we can play CDs on the laptop, right Darren, Nicky?
and TX-4277/Mikey: Can you bring the MC Lars CD I've been wanting to dupe? Thanks dude. I'll phone you this request as well...
Can't wait 'til tomorrow! I hope everyone can make it to Rochester okay, what with this weather and all...

I'll happily accept contributions for the table.
For the record, the table cost $35.
The USS Tranquility paid $17.50 and I paid $17.50 on behalf of The Rebellion, Excelsior and Echo Base.
And, yes, I'm fairly certain the laptop plays CDs. And I have that and the speakers on my checklist.
