USS Tranquilty's charity hot dog sale at Sam's - July 22nd

The USS Tranquility typically hosts a charity hot dog sale at Sam's Club each May. Last year we had to cancel so this year I first wanted to see if there was sufficient manpower interest before signing up with Sam's Club.
As with the past sales that The Rebellion has helped with, this will be a fundraiser for both clubs and for Golisano Children's Hospital. 25% of the proceeds goes to the hospital any further profits over expenses gets divided amongst the clubs based on how many volunteers each supplies.
Sam's Club seemed to be a little iffy with costumes in the past so unless I find out otherwise, this will be a club t-shirt event. It typically runs from set-up at 10am to clean-up at 3pm and folks can pick shifts that they are willing to work. Your compensation will be free meal tickets.

The first two dates they have open are both Sunday's in July - the 15th and the 22nd.
I'm going to submit the request and see which one we get.

We are now confirmed for Sunday, July 22nd with Sam's Club.
So, now what we really need are volunteers.
We have been asked by Sam's Club not to wear costumes at this event.

I was just starting on that right now actually...
At first guess though - we didn't do as well as previous sales. I think that's mainly because we are getting towards the end of the season. Next year (if we get enough volunteers) we'll have to push it back to our normal end of May time frame.
